  Description 
  Job Scope :  CNC Programmer 
 Candidate must have extensive experience on generating multi axis CNC programs by using  Mastercam software. 
 Hands on experience in preparing Machining Cycle Time ( MCT ) for various components.
 Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Engineer with Machining Background
 Experienced in machine simulation software's CATIA/VERICUT/ICAM and machine Configuration setting.
 Create manufacturing process 3D models using Catia/Siemens NX12 and above.
 Added advantage for strong knowledge on designing  a jigs and fixture  for the optimized manufacturing process.
 Excellent knowledge on Cutting tools, CNC Machines and Advanced Holding Fixtures.
 Should be proficient enough to create manufacturing Process inspection sheets.
 Candidate should be agile and quickly adapt to other duties as required and requested by the
