CNC Programmer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform 3D/CNC programming & setting of Milling machine.
• Familiar with Fanuc Control System.
• Knowledge in machine tools, speed, feeds & insert technology.
• Must have good knowledge on CNC manufacturing process, setting/programming/operating.
• Technical support on production issue including Design jigs & fixture for machining purpose with good knowledge in understand of manufacturing include re-design.
• Verifying conformance of finished parts to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools.
• Others ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in operating CNC Mills & setting up.
• Good knowledge in milling tooling and machine process.
• More than 3 years in relevant experience in related field.
• Proficient in using Solidwork and Mastercam software
