CNC Programmer- WITH COUNTERTOP EXPEREINCE

CNC Programming & Production Support

● Review and interpret CAD drawings, templates, and fabrication specifications for

countertops.

● Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for stone, quartz, and solid surface

cutting, polishing, and finishing.

● Set up and configure CNC machines (routers, saws, polishers) for production runs.

● Collaborate with CAD designers, project coordinators, and fabrication teams to

ensure designs are machine-ready.

● Monitor CNC operations to ensure output meets accuracy, quality, and efficiency

standards.

● Troubleshoot programming and machining issues and adjust as needed.

● Maintain organized program files, revision control, and technical documentation.

● Contribute to process improvements to enhance production speed, reduce waste, and

improve product quality.
