AWF is currently seeking motivated individuals for two exciting roles in Hawkes Bay. Whether you're an experienced CNC Programmer or a hands-on Assembly Technician, we want to hear from you!
 
 
 
 CNC Programmer
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
Create CNC programs using appropriate software
Set up CNC machines and select appropriate tools
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output
Conduct quality checks and measurements of finished parts
Troubleshoot issues and improve machining processes
Maintain machines and tools for safe, effective operation
Collaborate with production and engineering teams
Support machinists with general workshop duties
Requirements:
 
Minimum 2-3 years of CNC programming experience
