Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Provide direct hands on shop floor support for issues and problems that can’t be solved quickly or efficiently otherwise. Working together and keeping the jobs moving is key. 
Support production floor on CNC program issues. 
CNC programming. Generate CNC programs for new part numbers. 
CNC Re-Programing. Required when product needs to run in a different machine. 
Generate Set Up procedures for new part numbers. Cutting tools, Holding Fixtures, Sequence of operation, ETC. 
CNC Programs improvement. Old programs or programs that are defective and generate defect parts or not efficient. 
Verification of Work Orders. Material type and thickness to be the proper one that will be used in production. 
Tool verification. Tools to be updated with any possible Engineering Change. 
Design and Fabrication of holding fixtures for new part numbers.
