CNC Service Engineer (Ref: MS4)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for programming, installation, systems setup, testing.
• Provide maintenance and service of machines.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Conduct product training, demonstration and technical advices to customers.
• Develop and maintain close relationship with customers.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
• On the job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related fields.
• Open for fresh graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.
