Job Title: CNC Setup Technician (Milling & Turning)

Job Summary
The CNC Setup Technician will be responsible for the complete setup, preparation, and commissioning of CNC milling and turning machines to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality production. The role requires hands-on expertise in machine setup, tooling, fixture alignment, and blueprint interpretation for multi-axis CNC machines. The technician will work closely with production, programming, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to machining standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complete machine setup for CNC milling and turning operations, including job loading, fixture alignment, and tool setup.
Set up and operate the following CNC machines:
Doosan DNM 750 Milling Machine (4-axis)
Doosan PUMA 2100LY Turning Machine
