Job Description

 Job Responsibilities: To support in the planning/management of shop floor improvement initiatives to meet production specifications and schedules
 Assist in managing all machining and CNC related activities or projects by developing standards compliant to international quality standards
 Review Engineering team's competencies and develop training plans to uplift CNC manufacturing/ production capabilities while minimising wastage and cost etc
 Lead machining productivity initiatives while championing for existing and NPI process improvements
 Job Requirements: A tertiary education in Engineering related discipline
 Minimum of 5 years experience in a machine shopfloor environment
 Strong 5/6 axis hands-on experience
