Position Summary:
Produce and repair forging dies by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Setting up CNC mills by installing tools, fixturing, setting work offsets, etc....

+  Maintains specifications by observing cutting, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting and reprogramming CNC machines.

+ Utilizing overhead cranes for loading workpieces into CNC machines.

+ Documents actions and verifies process adherence by completing process documentation.

+ Maintain sanctity of the workspace through the enforcement of 5s principles.
