This is still a hands-on role with lots of variety.

We are working in partnership with an established precision engineering business who are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Turner into the team as part of succession planning within the business. As they are a smaller team, we are looking to recruit someone who can wear a number of hats and take a senior approach to helping the business grow. This involves some customer interaction and just having a proactive approach and a no job is too small mentality. There is an element of supervising the Machinists, but they are experienced, so this is more around work allocation than man management.
