WENG SENG ENGINEERING CORPORATION SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced CNC Turning Machinist/Supervisor/HOD to join team in Klang, Selangor.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC turning machines to manufacture high-quality parts and components
• Set up, monitor and maintain CNC turning machines to ensure optimal performance and productivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the manufacturing process
• Supervise and lead a team of machinists, providing guidance, training and performance management
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production, quality control and inventory
