Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Wire-Cut Technician to support our metal precision stamping operations. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in CNC wire-cut programming, setup, and machining, with strong capability in reading and interpreting technical drawings, identifying potential design or dimensional flaws, and ensuring parts are produced accurately to specification. This role plays a critical part in tooling fabrication, modification, repair, and continuous improvement of tool and die components.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Wire-Cut Programming & Machining

• Perform CNC wire-cut programming based on design drawings, tooling requirements, and process specifications.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC wire-cut machines to achieve high-precision results.
• Select appropriate cutting parameters (wire type, cutting speed, offsets, flushing conditions, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
