Responsibilities Provide clinical and professional leadership to nursing staff within the General Surgery Theatre. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day running of the theatre, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Act as a role model for best clinical practice and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
