I. Position : Co General Manager, FPPI & CORI

II. Reports To : The Senior Vice President for FPPI & CORI

III. Role

Ensure plant operational efficiency, equipment reliability, cost control, and project implementation.

IV. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To b e the overall Company Project Lead on developing system for policy

implementation and compliance across all business functions.

1. Development o f the 0& M Team at the Mill and Refinery operations,

including identifying and developing future leaders, empowering direct reports and.

implementing succession planning.

3 . Prepare Business Plan on the scope o f duties and responsibilities for three (3) years.

4 . Manage the FPPI Plantation/Mill/Operations and all Divisions to meet production

targets, maintain quality standards and drive proces...
