As a Circles Co-Lead, you will report directly to the Vice-President, ensuring high standards in the implementation of Lean In Vancouver’s Circles strategy. You will create an engaging environment that fosters connection among members, sharing inspiring stories and perspectives. Engage proactively to advance programs and communicate effectively with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Launch and sustain a Lean In Circle for six months
• Increase member participation and circle establishment
• Collaborate with Circles Co-Leads at quarterly meetings
• Recommend topics aligned with community interests
• Provide regular updates and address challenges
