Ally Executive is a talent solutions and workforce supply firm specializing in mid-to-senior level hiring across MarTech, AdTech, InsurTech, FMCG, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing sectors from 2014.

With operations in India( NewDelhi - NCR) and the UAE (Ajman), we are building a next-generation platform (RoleSense) that enables intelligent hiring, vendor collaboration, and on-demand workforce deployment.

We are seeking a strategic Investment Partner who can support Ally Executive in its next phase of growth and scale in perm hiring across India, APAC and EMEA. This role goes beyond capital—requiring active participation in business expansion, market access, and strategic direction.
