Job Description

In this position the student will be involved in various projects supporting packaging line development. Projects can include assembly line drawings, R&D initiatives, cost saving initiatives and software development.

Job Qualifications

• Co‑op student enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Automation Technology or Computer Systems Technology program.
• Completion of at least one prior work term required.
• Experience using AutoCAD with line layouts, equipment specifications and mechanical.
• Prior experience with equipment start‑up, troubleshooting and debugging.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD systems is a definite asset.
