Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales team to communicate clearly with customers regarding their marketing and promotional (POSM) materials
• Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of POSM materials
• Support the Sales team by organizing and managing POSM material information to maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to POSM materials and improve customer satisfaction
• Pleasant disposition, well-groomed with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge in printing and production of Point-of Sale Materials will be an added advantage.
