Roles and Responsibilities


To be responsible for children's safety and physical well-being, they must be supervised at all

times.


To inculcate Sunnah etiquettes; impart religious knowledge, and personal grooming of the

students.


To be capable of independent supervision of the children whenever directed by the main

teacher.


To participate in a regularly scheduled classroom review with the main teacher.


To guide the children to their work.


To be able to conduct small group instruction, allowing for more personalized attention to

address individual student needs and reinforce key concepts from the curriculum.


To collaborate in assessing student understanding and progress to tailor curriculum delivery to

better meet student needs.
