We are looking for an experienced
SAP Enable Now Coach
to support one of our clients in delivering high-quality digital training content for
SAP SuccessFactors
. This role is part of a transformation initiative focused on
user enablement
for the
Recruiting
and
Employee Central – Benefits
modules.

What you'll do:

• Develop interactive, role-based training content using
  SAP Enable Now
  (Simulations, Bookpages, SAP Companion, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal experts to understand processes and design effective learning experiences
• Simplify complex system interactions into intuitive steps for end users
• Apply Enable Now best practices for scalability, localization, and system alignment
• Manage content structure, metadata, and translation readiness for long-term maintainability
• Deliver ready-to-publish learning assets aligned with internal standards and timelines
