Coaching - Girls Basketball 2026/27

There are 2 opportunities (Varsity Assistant & Junior Varsity) for coaching girls basketball beginning winter season of the 2026/27 school year.

Job / Coaching Responsibilities:


+ Develop and implement effective practice plans to improve players' skills and techniques.

+ Develop and execute game strategies to maximize the team's performance.

+ Identify and nurture the talents of individual players, promoting their growth and potential.

+ Foster a positive and supportive team culture that emphasizes hard work, discipline, and sportsmanship.

+ Identify and recruit talented student-athletes to strengthen the program.

+ Collaborate with youth and travel organizations to provide opportunities for student-athlete to improve

+ Ensure adherence to all MCPSAC, NYSPHSAA and East Irondequoit rules and regulations.

+ Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, alumni, and the community.
