Overview

Skool Practice Manager & Client Experience Lead

Remote | Quarterly International Travel Required

$1,500/month – First 6 months

$1,750/month – Months 7–12

$2,000/month – After 12 months

Annual performance bonus target: 50% of base salary

Build the backend. Protect the clients. Help scale a global coaching movement.

About This Role (Read This Carefully)

This is not an admin job. This is not a content creator job. This is not a “just post on social” job.

You will run the operational engine behind a global coaching business serving founders and leadership teams across the U.S., Africa, LATAM, and Asia.

You must know Skool . Not “I’ve heard of it.” Not “I can learn it.” You must have actively managed a Skool course for at least 12 months.
