Job Description

🔥 Skool Practice Manager & Client Experience Lead

Remote | Quarterly International Travel Required
$1,500/month – First 6 months

$1,750/month – Months 7–12

$2,000/month – After 12 months

Annual performance bonus target: 50% of base salary

Build the backend. Protect the clients. Help scale a global coaching movement.

This is not an admin job.
This is not a content creator job.
This is not a “just post on social” job.

You will run the operational engine behind a global coaching business serving founders and leadership teams across the U.S., Africa, LATAM, and Asia.

You must know Skool. Not “I’ve heard of it.” Not “I can learn it.”
You must have actively managed a Skool course for at least 12 months.

You will:

  • Build and organize courses
  • Manage client experience
  • Execute outbound campaigns
  • Keep communication tight
