Coaching Specialist

The Coaching Specialist leads the development and delivery of Taylor's sports performance coaching, focusing on holistic athlete growth and competitive excellence. This role applies advanced coaching methods and sports science to prepare athletes physically, mentally, and strategically. By building partnerships with government agencies, sports bodies, and industry, the Specialist enhances Taylor's reputation nationally and internationally. The role also promotes inclusive sports, wellness, and recreational programs, mentors student-athletes, and supports their development in line with the university's strategic goals and student engagement priorities.
