Coating Machine Helper

Responsibilities:
Assist the coating machine operator during machine setup and production runs
Load and unload raw materials and finished rolls/sheets
Monitor coating process and report any defects or abnormalities
Help in cleaning rollers, trays, and machine parts as per SOP
Support basic machine adjustments under operator supervision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and company policies at all times
Assist in routine checks to minimize downtime and wastage
Qualifications:
