Coating Manager

Job Purpose:
Driving disciplined global coating planning & execution with a centralized approach & focusing on spirit of collaboration
Establish & develop the Coating function under the Welding, Coating & Inspection (WCI) Department in line with operational requirements
Ensure that the Coating function is aligned & projects are executed smoothly
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the overall direction of the Coating function under WCI Department to ensure safe, efficient & performant operations as well as project & tender execution.
Responsible for the overall performance of the Coating function.
Responsible for developing OOCOM for offshore coating operations & for maintaining & updating as per requirements.
Responsible for WCI's core Coating team development as well as responsible for sufficient qualified resources are available for projects execution according to international standards & project specific requirements.
