COBOL Mainframe Developer

Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Job Control Language (JCL).
Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and batch processing.
Experience with debugging and performance tuning of Cobol applications.
Familiarity with database management systems and data manipulation techniques.
Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
Must have and Good to have skills:
Proficient and Good hands-on experience in in COBOL, JCL.
Good hands-on experience in DB2, IMS and VSAM
Should be having knowledge on TSO/ISPF, Endevor, ChangeMan, FileAid
Good to have: CICS knowledge, CA7 scheduler and knowledge about ZOS API
