1. Job Title : Sr Product Specialist(ISG) 2. Job Summary : Provide L2/L3 application support for ACI CMM Issuer and Interchange in production and non production environments. Handle incident triage resolution and RCA for high priority issues. Support deployments patch validation and batch operations. Participate in Visa/Mastercard testing and client support calls. Ensure configuration consistency and environment stability across UAT and Production. Assist with UAT testing documentation and operational improvements. 3. Experience : 7 - 11 years 4.
