Overview

Please note: This role is not a fully remote position. The selected candidate will need to be based in Singapore and follow our hybrid work setup—3 days onsite and 2 days working from home each week. This is a People Leader/ Manager position.

Lead the top and bottom-line growth agenda for multiple fast growing Coca-Cola categories and brands. This role is responsible for building and directing a robust innovation pipeline in partnership with the GDI global network, Global Category & OU Marketing, Strategy, Human Insights, Global Supply Chain, and Research-to-Experimentation. Category Pipelines are expected to deliver sufficiency to drive incremental growth from Innovation, as well as business continuity, and productivity solutions.
