Cocoa Sourcing and Planning Analyst

Be part of the team responsible for sourcing and pricing of cocoa beans annually across two factories in APAC. This role involves close collaboration with origin sourcing and market research teams to contribute to strategies that optimise regional profitability. You will also have the opportunity to participate in cocoa derivatives trading, including managing order flows and executing trading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Planning and sourcing of cocoa beans for APAC factories, working closely with supply chain and production teams to understand operational constraints and ensure timely availability of raw materials to meet customer demand.
• Engage with strategic, long-term suppliers partnerships and network with existing & potential trade partners, focusing on both commercial and innovation opportunities.
