About The Role

We are looking for a Cocoa Trader to join our team. As part of the Products Trading desk in Zürich, the role is responsible for the sale of cocoa butter and cocoa liquor to third party customers (on behalf of BCC) as well as for intercompany sales, according to sales budget and available capacities. In addition, the trading desk is also responsible for the purchase of cocoa butter and liquor across different regions. To follow properly the trading book the role will monitor and manage the risks resulting from the sale and purchase of butter and liquor. Further tasks, such as involvement in financial transactions and derivatives fall under scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling cocoa butter and cocoa liquor to customers: direct contact with 3rd party and internal customers as well as via sales teams.
