Coffee Bean Ecommerce Fulfilment

We are a small but growing company in the specialty coffee industry. One of our core operations is roasting our own coffee beans in Singapore using 10kg and 50kg commercial roasters.

We are looking for a long-term, independent, and responsible individual to join our Operations / Fulfilment Team .

Job Scope

Communicate with our clients by WhatsApp call and messages. Handle all our ecommerce platform communication messages. Be responsible to ensure all ecommerce orders are being packed and fulfilled correctly.

Manufacture and pack drip coffee bags. Pack and seal coffee beans (up to 3kg per bag).

Grind coffee beans into coffee powder.

Prepare and bottle cold brew coffee (250ml bottles).

Wrap items with bubble wrap and pack orders securely.

Assist with fulfilment for online orders, wholesale orders, café, and coffee machine departments.
