Coffee Machine Support

Job Scope:

• Deep Cleaning & Sanitization: Perform thorough onsite cleaning of critical components, including group heads, shower screens, and steam wands to remove rancid oils and milk residue.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM): Conduct scheduled inspections to replace wearable parts like gaskets and seals before they fail.
• Performance Calibration: Adjust grinder settings and machine parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate) to ensure consistent coffee quality.
• Water Quality Management: Inspect and replace water filtration systems and perform descaling to prevent mineral buildup.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify and resolve common issues such as leaks, unusual noises, or poor extraction onsite.
• Staff Training: Educate onsite staff and baristas on proper daily cleaning routines and basic machine operation to minimize downtime.
