Job Scope:

• Roasting & Production Support (Halal Certified - Muslim Friendly Environment)
• Assist the roaster in daily roasting operations and batch preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of the roasting area, storage, and tools
• Label, pack, and prepare roasted coffee for storage or delivery
• Weigh, load, and unload green and roasted coffee beans

Requirements:

• Passionate about coffee and roasting
• Able to perform physical work (lifting, standing, repetitive tasks)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions
• Willing to learn and work in a production environment
• Good attitude, punctual, and responsible
