Coffee Shop Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our East London coffee shop.

• This is an excellent opportunity for someone with management experience in the hospitality industry, looking to take on new challenges and develop their skills further.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service and store maintenance. This includes enforcing health and safety regulations, managing stock levels and overseeing equipment maintenance.

2. A key part of this role will be staff management including scheduling rosters, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching support where needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a manager or team leader in a retail environment.
