Position Purpose

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Season Coffee, ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, and efficient workflow. This role directly supervises the Senior Barista and Baristas, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain company standards and a positive customer experience.

Operations & Service

• Supervise daily coffee shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure consistent quality of beverages and food items according to Season Coffee standards.
• Monitor service flow, customer experience, and cleanliness of the shop.
• Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

People Management
