Define the coffee sustainability strategy for Colombia based on LDC Integral sustainability strategy and the local context:

• Collect data on the market: supply and demand of certified / verified sales; projects participation of the relevant customers; etc.
• Create an environment (budget, staffing structure, etc.) and management tools (work plans, targets) that will ensure the successful delivery of LDC's sustainability strategy in Colombia.

Coordination of the sustainability activities with the local team based on the LDC Sustainability strategy pillars

• Create certified - verified capacity aligned with business needs
• Follow-up, challenge and update the scope, volume, farmers' areas, certificate, etc. if needed
