Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers to handle contracts and provide shipping documentation support, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of shipping documents while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and expanding PIL 0market share in the shipping and logistics industry.
