Cold Caller

Overview: We are looking for an energetic Cold Calling Specialist to join our real estate acquisitions team. In this role, you will make a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners and gauge their interest in selling their property. Your daily target will be ~150 calls (and up to 250–300 calls on days we use a multi-line dialer). You'll follow a proven script to identify motivated sellers, handle initial objections, and transfer hot leads to our acquisitions team. This is a key role that requires excellent spoken English and a friendly, persistent attitude.

Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make at least 150 calls per day to targeted property owners using our click-to-dial system. (On certain campaigns with a multi-line dialer, you may dial 250–300 numbers a day.) Maintain a positive, professional demeanor throughout all calls.
