Job Overview:
We seek a proactive, bilingual Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to support a real estate team handling leads. Your mission is to initiate contact with homeowners, identify the motivation or urgency to sell, and either qualify the lead or set the appointment directly with the agent, when appropriate.
