About the Role
We're a growing company expanding our sales team and are looking for a driven Cold Caller / Sales Representative based in LATAM. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy outbound sales, confidently engage prospects, and know how to convert conversations into sales opportunities.
You'll be responsible for initiating outbound calls, qualifying leads, and supporting the early stages of the sales process while delivering a strong customer experience to U.S.-based prospects.
Compensation
Base Salary: USD 960 per month
Commission: Performance-based commissions on top of base pay (uncapped)
