Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
We need a confident, target-driven caller who can book qualified meetings for our sales team. If you can't make high-volume outbound calls, don't apply.
Role Responsibilities
Make 150–250 outbound calls/day
Follow scripts + qualify prospects
Book meetings on the closer's calendar
Send follow-up messages/emails
Update CRM daily
Hit weekly KPIs (calls, connects, meetings)
Requirements
Strong English & clear communication
Confidence on calls
No fear of rejection
Fast learner, target-driven
Outbound/BPO calling experience preferred
KPIs
150–250 calls/day
30–40 connects/day
2–4 qualified meetings/day
60%+ show-up rate
