 and other business insurance solutions for architects, engineers, and professional service firms across the U.S. We are seeking a motivated and experienced 
Cold Caller
who can confidently engage small business owners and firm principals, identify their needs, and set qualified appointments for our insurance producers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 
  100+ outbound calls daily
   to a provided list of design and consulting firms.
• Use 
  Salesforce (CRM)
   to track activities, update contact information, and log call outcomes.
• Utilize 
  Kixie PowerDialer
   and 
  Gmail
   for calls, follow-ups, and appointment communication.
• Schedule 
  at least 2 qualified appointm...
