Cold Caller – Realtor Outreach

Role Overview

We're hiring a Cold Caller to join our Realtor Outreach team. This role is focused on outbound cold calling to licensed Realtors using a proven script and established systems.

This position already exists within our company, so you'll be stepping into a structured environment with clear expectations, training, and ongoing support.

Compensation & Hours

$6 CAD/hour

160–220 hours per month

With performance bonuses, typical monthly earnings range from $1,000–$1,500 CAD
