Cold Calling SDR (Sales Development Representative) – Remote, Night Shift
Company: Elvara Agency
Compensation: Base Salary: 70,000 PKR/month (starting)
Performance Bonuses: ₨20k–30k per client booked that converts (uncapped, top SDRs often earn 100k+ PKR/month within 3–6 months).
Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Night Shift (U.S. hours), full-time
Commitment: Minimum 6–12 month employment expected
