If you can generate real leads, close deals, and actually help a company grow — this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cold call decision-makers (US/UK preferred experience)
  • Generate qualified leads for software/web/app development services
  • Follow up properly (no lazy “just checking in” emails)
  • Close deals or move them to close stage efficiently
  • Track everything inside CRM and keep pipeline clean

What We Don’t Want:

  • Someone who asks for $100k worth of fancy tools
  • Someone who blames leads, market, timing, weather
  • Someone who talks big but closes nothing

What You Should Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience with practical lead gen tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, email outreach, scraping, etc.)
  • Strong cold calling skills
  • Real closing experience
  • Understands software services selling
