Supervisor
to lead our appointment-setting teams as they call into the US to book appointments for our podcast production services.

The Role: Split-Shift Management

You will be responsible for managing two dedicated teams (4 callers per team) during peak US business hours. This is a
split-shift
role designed for maximum impact:

• Shift A:
  7:30 AM EST – 11:30 AM EST
• Shift B:
  3:30 PM EST – 7:30 PM EST
