Cold Calling Supervisor
to lead our Philippines-based appointment setting teams.

We don't want managers. We want a high-energy leader who lives on Zoom, breathes sales, and knows how to drive a team to crush US-based real estate targets. You will be overseeing the engines that book appointments for our sales reps to sell world-class podcast production.

THE MISSION

You will be responsible for two teams of 4 cold callers (8 total) during a high-impact split shift.

• Daily Coaching:
  You are on Zoom, in the trenches, correcting scripts and mindset in real-time.
• Data Management:
  Managing contact lists, lead flow, and ensuring NO follow-up is ever missed.
• Performance:
  Keeping the energy high and the conversion rates higher.
