Role overview
We’re hiring a high-agency Cold Email Specialist to own end-to-end cold email fulfillment for boutique, high-value clients. You will independently research prospect ICPs, source/scrape contact data, prompt Ai for personalized copy, build Make.com/n8n automations, technical setup, optimize campaigns and document SOPs.
Key responsibilities
• Full campaign ownership : intake, client research, ICP definition, lead sourcing, copywriting, workflow build, launch, and optimization.
• Lead sourcing & “5 arbitrages” : identify market geography, lead source, generational targeting, personal brand leverage, and timing to find best-fit prospects. Use Sales Navigator, Apify, custom directories, Google Maps, and other sources.
• Build & maintain automation
