Cold Outreach & Automation Manager

We’re hiring a Cold Outreach & Automation Manager to own high-volume email outreach and build automations across the wider business (marketing, CRM, data, reporting).

This is a hands-on role working directly with the founder and in-house team , responsible for building systems that scale outreach and remove operational friction across the business.

Core Responsibilities

• Run and optimise cold email outreach (infrastructure, deliverability, copy, testing)
• Manage domains, inboxes, reputation, and lifecycle
• Write and test plain-text, reply-focused cold email copy
• CRM and lead routing
• Marketing ops and reporting
• Track, analyse, and iterate on performance

Required Skill Set

• Domain rotation, inbox caps, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
